Here’s a bit from Malaysiakini to satisfy your curiosity:
Chua: I’m the one in sex video
Jan 1, 08 4:32pm

Health Minister Chua Soi Lek today openly admitted that he was the person featured in a video depicting a man having sex with a woman purportedly in a hotel room.
Chua, 60, who is also MCA vice-president, made the confession at a press conference this afternoon in his parliamentary constituency in Labis, Johor.
However, he said that he will not resigned as minister but will instead let Prime Minister Abdullah Ahmad Badawi to decide on his fate.
The senior MCA leader, who is married with three children, also said that the 30-something woman featured in the video clip was a personal friend.
Over the past three days, the Chinese dailies have reported that free DVDs – allegedly showing the politician in various sexual antics with a woman – were first distributed in Muar and later, Batu Pahat and Seremban.
The scandal first broke on Saturday when copies of the DVD were anonymously placed in various streets in Muar town for people to collect. Some copies were even distributed by unknown individuals to a number of shops in the area.

If Dr. Chua does not accept the responsibility of his mistake and resigned, how are the BN leaders going to exhort our young to lead a morale life?
you stated it rightly -thanks!
this was a ‘private act between lovers!’
So why is Dr Chua been prosecuted when there are far greater sinners/sins in bolehland – with them doing all such things from corruption, abuse of power, marginalizing the poor and politically weak of all races and creeds, accumulating ill gotten wealth under some pervert and vulgar nationalistic justification?
Trust you got my drift!
Chua is a national figure. He committed adultery. He admitted and apologised. We should accept and forgive. However, from the ethical standpoint, he should resign from his government and party posts.
He must go so as to set a good moral to the younger generation and generations to come.
I am of the view that the earlier statement by Chua that he will not resigned instead will leave it to our YAB Prime Minister to decide on his government position as Health Minister spoke lowly of himself as a public figure and now moral common sense has prompted him to resign now…his resignation is indeed an honourable act even though this should had happen from day one but anywhere late is better than to stay on.
